How to play
- Touch or click the axe near the bottom of the lane. Pull downward to charge power.
- Drag left to aim right or right to aim left. Follow the dotted guide, then release to throw.
- Hit the wooden rings or small golden bonus spots. Reach the level goal before your five axes run out.
Controls
Mouse or touch: pull down from the axe and move sideways to aim. Release to throw. The green power range is forgiving; about 64% power reaches the center of a stationary board. Aim ahead of moving targets.
Use the on-screen pause, sound and menu buttons on phones and computers. Portrait and landscape layouts are supported. Escape also pauses or closes an overlay; keyboard controls are not required.

Points, combos and stars
The bullseye gives 100 points; inner, middle and outer rings give 75, 50 and 25; remaining wood gives 10. Each small golden spot gives 150. Consecutive sticks build a multiplier up to 5. Three consecutive bullseyes activate Hatchet Hero, adding one multiplier step while keeping the same cap.
A miss, blocked throw or handle hit gives zero and resets the combo. Weak sticks keep their ring score. Completing a level earns one star; two stars require at least 60% hits and 40 base points per throw, and three stars require 80% hits and 75 base points per throw. Combo multipliers do not inflate star accuracy.
